Ikot Uso Ekong Community In Eket L.G.A, Finally have an end to Lighting Solutions for Staying Four Years Without Light In the Community

4 YEARS BLACKOUT, THE MAGIC WAND AND HON UBONG ETUKUDO JOHNSON.

 Pst Uduak Okposin The Ikot Uso Ekong group of villages has been in a gross total blackout and a sorry state of total darkness for exactly 3 years 9 months. People of goodwill did everything within their capacity of operation to remedy the situation but it proves totally abortive.

The young man with dynamism, the Honorable Councilor representing Eket Central 4 cum the Majority Leader of the 7th Legislative council of Eket LGA; Hon Ubong Etukudo John, pulled the magic wand and liaise with all stakeholders cutting across Political, Religious and Traditional to the drawing Board of a solution table. 

The brainstorming, anchored by the Honorable Councilor focused on finding a permanent and a lasting solution to lighting problems bedeviling the Largest community in Eket LGA. 

 After all sets and done, the young dynamic and vibrant Councilor, derailed from the regular practice of community contributions to fund lighting issues and pledge allegiance to the community that he will single-handedly finance the restoration of Light, since he can’t share money to every house. 

Through a solid negotiation, a brand new transformer was mounted, and the community illuminated with dazzling sparkles. The stakeholders of the community showered encomiums on the Honorable Councilor for his magnanimity and focused leadership to making Ward 4 Central to experience a quality representation and prayed God to bless and keep him for more good works.
